GGobi is a data visualization
system for viewing high-dimensional data, an upgrade of the older
XGobi.
It's designed for use with multivariate data, and includes
high-dimensional rotations and brushing with linked views. One of
GGobi's innovations is that it can be embedded in the R statistical
software environment, resulting in a seamless partnership between a
graphical user interface and a programming language with a command
line.
It can also be extended using plugins, and two plugins are
devoted to using GGobi to explore networks in support of our
activities in graph mining.
